Europa-List: LAA Mod SM10755 retract latch spring

I cant find on the LAA website the document for SM10755, the addition of a 
spring
on the retract lever downlatch to prevent it bouncing out.

I seem to recall that earlier this year I was told that the document would be 
published
soon.

Before I start to rattle their cage, does anyone have any info on whats 
happening
with this mod at LAA Engineering?
