I'm very fond of my CKT exhaust and sad that they went out of business. Their
service
was excellent and they were quite easy to pay, which might account for
their demise. I vaguely recall that the Europa Club might be investigating an
alternative so that hopefully we can get spares.
In the meantime, please would anyone who has the CKT system and is experiencing
problems such as cracking header tubes, be kind enough to share your experiences
and whatever repairs you have employed.
Someone, but I can't remember who, is/was having recurring cracks in #3 header
tube. By the way, I can assure everyone that the header having an insert into
the cylinder head exhaust port, which CKT supplied me, lasted an even shorter
time than the original "eyeball" type which it replaced.
