I have had the same unfortunate experience with Europa.
In late January I placed my order for trigear kit and was assured that 90 days 
would be a reasonable time for them to get everything together. They insisted 
on full payment upfront as it was a special order, as time slipped apologies 
and then excuses and now no response to inquiries! 
It’s now approaching 6 months and many inquiries are unanswered. 
Very disappointing.
