Removed the old strainer gauze with heat because it seemed too coarse, and was restricting the openings because it was bonded too deep inside the fitting. The hole diameter is 0.2", but the supplied gauze has an opening of 0.1". Large particles can slip past the gauze and plug up the inlet hole. Need a finer mesh.
