 Yes, there was a patented system in the States early 1930.
It was for long-range touring cars - have seen the drawings.
All the seats were equipped with tube just for men.
The other end of the tube was outside of the car.
Working nicely also in the plane? : )

There are also dragster-car motors boosted by water-injection.
How about urin-injectioned planes? : ))
Should be also good for nature!
