You can find photo's of with incidence block and without. Without you have to do
the math. What I finally did was, with the elevator in neutral and the plane
level, I adjusted the block under the level to read Zero. I then pitched up and
down to get the correct readings. Some adjustments were required and my counter
balance arm is not level when the elevator is in neutral. I have a slight
weight high pitch.
