Europa-List: Bob Harrison tailplane clamps

Does anyone have a copy of Bob Harrison's instructions for installation of
his repair clamps for the tailplane torque tube?  We haven't been able to
come up with a file format that both of us can handle for email attachment.
Something like .pdf or .jpg would be good for me.
