One can only assume that there is an ability to lock the wheel. A freely
castoring tailwheel on an aircraft that doesn't support differential braking
(for obvious reasons) could be interesting to steer on the ground!!
Sounds a good idea though - as is the cool air input. I suppose we had better
start putting our pennies away for these items now huh!
