Join the club. We in the UK can't fly IFR or night or indeed over towns and
villages. However our PFA is reasonably effective in keeping too many parasitic
beaurocrats from climbing on our backs with their protection rackets.
Flyers of all types really need to band together otherwise we will be brushed
aside.
