Chuck,
In the UK it is mandatory to have a fuel outlet fitting inspection panel. As
a US builder you don't have to fit it if you don't want to - but it might
come in handy one day.
There was a very good alternative method of making inspection panels in the
user group newsletter a couple of issues ago. The new method considerably
simplifies construction of the panels. If you don't get the newsletter (and
why not?) then let me know and I will post the details.
