| I haved used an item that was fairly common in the States (sorry -haven't got a name or address, but should be findable via Trade-A-Plane) that resembles a jews harp: Twang it, and look at the prop through a viewhole. I can't remember if it was settable, or if the prop appeared stationary at one rpm, but I do remember that it was pretty accurate -I tested one against a very expensive optical tach. Miles |
