On my Europa I made the experience that air is sucked out of the cockpit
during flight quite strongly by the gate of the gear lever. This in fact
helps the ventilation and helps to get used air out of the cockpit so I
wouldn't seal the gear lever gate.

Air is entering the cockpit at the flap rod hole near the electrical pump.
Sealing here would be a good idea. I did it with door seals (brushes)
