slow/standard hardener

Hi fellow builders,

I received "slow" and "standard" hardener for the ampreg resin. Almost
equal amounts.
I find however no clear reference in the manual where to use which one.
Any comments from the more experienced ?
Should I use "slow" on big layups.  Or should I keep the slow for the
filling stage ?

Ferdinand, # 226, will lay up the TP next weekend.
