| >>Why we call it flox I have no idea.<< Coined, I suspect by Burt Rutan, or maybe even before that. Flox is a mixture of cotton flock and epoxy. Sounds better than "floppox" anyway. There are also microfibres, flocked glassfibre. Cotton is less rigid than glass, therefore better as a crack stopper. Graham |
