You need scissors with one edge slightly serated. Very effective ones are
sold that are alleged to cut anything as first aid scissors. I keep mine in
a sealed can with a couple of inches of acetone in it. Beware the cheap
copies that have handles that soften in solvent. The best ones I've seen
have red handles and were made in Sheffield. I have an idea some were
produced in NZ.
