I saw no reason for a roll pin, so I used an AN-3 bolt and self-locking nut,
with a short (1/16") length of 4130 tubing that slips over the TP18 tubing for
a bushing
(so the bolt head and nut won't sit against the weight). What I foresee is
hassle in crawling into the fuselage and drilling holes in the weight after
painting the aircraft. On mine, it seems like a fair amount of steel (!!)
will have to be removed. With a bolt, I figure I can easily remove the weight
and take it to a drill press a few times, with final balancing in situ.

2 Secondly, with regard to the wires........

(I used turnbuckles)
