Rudder Pedal Springs

Hi All,
 I just connected my rudder cables to the new tail wheel mod. I used
turnbuckles located just forward of the mass balance support. The weight of
the cables and turnbuckles combined are such that the rudder pedal return
springs probably will not keep them from slapping the bottom of the fuselage.
Have any of you found that you needed slightly stronger return springs with
this arrangement? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
