Rotax 912 - more power ?

a few weeks ago someone sent a message with the link to a company that is
marketing a modification kit for the 912 talking about a 13 HP increase:

I understand that Kim Prout has done that mod along with changing his prop.

Has anyone info on the mod ? Does it work ? Does it kill the engine ?
