Skyforce Skymap

Since flying Europa #62 G-BWDP we enjoyed the fitted GPS moving map Skymap 
version I. 
Although the GPS is not older than 4 years, after the 23th of August it quits 
the service and cant find any satellite.
My today phone to Skyforce in UK failed. Nobody in the office.
End of the week we are going to visit Tatenhill, hoping to see Graham S.
Does anybody know how we can get support from Skyforce?
