Wing/aileron closeout

Y'all,

I'm trying to place the pre-formed wing/aileron closeout (the mysterious
"diamond" piece of lore) and...well...I can't.  It doesn't seem to fit
very well.  I've tried trimming some of the wide (leading edge) section
as that was keeping it from sliding back into the section at the
trailing edge, but it still hangs up about a 1/4 inch in front of the
trailing edge.
