Normal? Que? How often is this happening? What percentage of the
stuff are you wasting in clearing bubbles? And couldn't you pump into
separate containers while clearing the lines so you could decant each
component back into its reservoir?
Do you know how the bubbles get there? Is it because the feed
container level gets too low and air bubbles are sucked in? Or is the
hardener more liable to develop bubbles when pouring, which then
refuse to float out?
And how big a bubble are we talking about? Does it fill the
cross-section of the delivery pipe, for instance?
