<< I don't consider myself "on the board" but you can fill bubbles by
injecting resin using a medical syringe and needle. You need the larger
gauge needles - as used by doctors on those they don't like or by vets.

A 1/2 inch long piece of 1/8 inch ID vinyl or urethane tubing slipped over
the end of the syringe in place of the needle and pressed firmly against the
surface provides a good seal. Allows injecting epoxy under pressure and
avoids leakage out the injection hole. No chance of sticking youself and
filling a vein with epoxy, either.
