I can only skirt the question , but my input is you must use a particular
oil 'cause otherwise it will not be compatible with the rubber seals in the
master cylinders and slave cylinders.
For instance I've had to change rubber seals over because I'm now trike but
was going to be Mono . Trouble is I can't remember which way I went !!!
Brains get cooked when you get older and will not retain Info' as long !!!!!
Be sure to follow instructions to the letter , otherwise heap trouble on
your head!!!. Also if you get down to the small print you will find that the
brakes may need filling from the slave cylinder backwards , depending again
on Mono or trike ,since there is no reservoir for the air to escape to
.Again my brain lets me down which way, what way!

I have access to a rather nice pressurized brake bleeding system that
seems ideal for filling the Europa brake. However, the unit is filled
with Shell Fluid 4 brake fluid the specs on the fluid container state
that the project is suitable for aviation and non-aviation applications
utilizing synthetic rubber. In reading the Europa manual is clearly
states in bold print "use only automotive brake fluid DOT3 or DOT4. My
question is two fold. Why only automotive brake fluid and will the Shell
Fluid 4 suffice?
Can anyone out there shed some light on this one. Thanks in advance.
