I am relieved to note your remarks.
As there have been further messages posted since this one, it seems that
yet another promise has been broken.
I have not had time to consider your response, or whether this is the proper
place to air the matter.
No doubt your level of awareness to the problem was raised by the attention
of the Barking & Dagenham Trading Standards Office.
With regard to the correspondence ( I do not recall the word having an 'a'
in it) there is little or none from Goldwing, the onus having fallen on me
to make the running.
If you feel that this will help your already lost cause - PUBLISH AND BE
DAMNED.

PS In view of the fact that those privileged to belong to the Europa
Community are ending up with a lot of junk mail in their Inboxes , if
