Scheme we are going for is: slots just aft of the windshield to let instrument heat out and hopefully demist if required. Big hole in the bottom (pilots side) to let air in. 3" fan in the hole if required. The real problem, I believe, is cold air on a hot day. Nasa scoops front underside of cowling - feeding skeet to through-firewall fittings with cut-offs between rudder pedals - scat to moldings attached to Citroen air vents (direction and shut-off) in lower panel and under the shelf.
