Wing Area ??

The original sales brochures for the Europa Classic gave the wing area as 95 
sqft.

In the Owner's Manual issue 1 (Nov 95) on pg 1-1 the area is given as 
98.8sqft.  On pg 1-2, the wing loading is given as 13.68 lb/sqft at a gross 
weight of 1300.  This seems to be 1300/95=13.68 rather than 1300/98.8=13.16.

This came to light while looking over the specifications requested by my 
flight advisor.   Looks like an inconsistency or perhaps a typo -- can anyone 
shed some light on this?
