Thomas' Orbit Interuptus

Hello again,
This time I have an urgent request to relay from Thomas. He got as far as 
Nome, in his Europa  then the Russians changed their mind and refused any 
entry into Russia. The Chinese also refuse these things. Brainless 
beurocrats the world over.
Thomas is flying back to Anchorage and needs economical hangarage for a 
while. It only takes 5 minutes to lift the wings and tail off, so space 
required will not be great.
Any ideas?
