ARe you making an aluminum panel or just cutting holes in the fiberglass.

Hi Jim and All,
This is a metal tool I am looking for that's used as a drilling guide.
I am using .063" 2024 alum. to make a set of sub-panels. I'm going to try and 
hinge the left side if I can, tilting it downward probably.
