Erich,
G-BXTD doesn't appear to require any rudder trim. Had the ball been
off-centre with hands off I would have checked the alignment of the
instrument axis with the aircraft axis very carefully before embarking on
fitting a trim tab (just a thought).
I have found that I need a little bit of trim on the ailerons, and I have
now fitted a bungee on the control column and a cleat to adjust the tension,
as discussed on this forum, but I have yet to try it out.
Regards,
Roger Anderson.
