tailplane balance weight

For those still struggling with the question of  the lead weight it's worth
contemplating finishing your tailplanes completely including painting before
you put the lid on the fus. This allows you to balance it up in complete
comfort and incidentally lets you have a trial run on your finishing and
paint system before you have committed too much, and gives you something
finished to show visitors(at least they were finished before the trim system
