1 Anyone got any tips for removing stick residue left behind form parcel tape/masking tape on the smooth surfaces of wings and fuselage. I'm concious of not using solvents which may damage either the surface or the underlying glass. Paul, I have found that 'Sticky Stuff Remover' by Mykal is very effective. It appears to be citrus based and so is unlikely to cause any damage to the substrate. It is marketed by Lakeland Plastics and Great Mills DIY stores. Roger Anderson G-BXTD. |
