As a result of flight testing of any aeroplane, there is (should be) in the
handbook of the plane a chapter on safe air speeds under various
configurations, temperatures etc. Any individual Europa has to undergo this.
Since mine is not yet ready, contributions on this matter to the forum from
finalized builders would be helpful. E.g., climbing with full power with a
lower than power-off-stall-speed is certainly not a safe air speed, as has
been demonstrateed by Graham.
