Graham, Thanks for that - I have never had a smell, whether fuel or exhaust, after lowering the flaps/undercarriage. Like Mark C-T, my problem, when it manifests itself, is only during take-off and climb-out. I also note your comment about aluminium fuel pipes. My aircraft has one continuous length of approved (ex Light Aero Spares) aluminium pipe from the electric pump under the baggage bay extension to forward of the firewall. More comments to come, I expect! David |
