There is a risk that the elevator trim supply could
> generate noise from the little motor
A 0.1uF ceramic capacitor fitted across the power feed to the trim motor helps
cut down a lot of the motor noise (which is why capacitors are fitted across
the poles of the 914's fuel pumps and on model railway loco motors). The
capacitor should be fitted as close as practical to the trim motor.
Of course the only time that trim motor noise could be a problem would be if
you were using the radio at the same time as trimming the aircraft so it's
probably not going to be a big issue!
