Andy and all,

Many thanks for your reply regarding Mono vs Trigear.

I was a little apprehensive of the mono however I am now convinced with the 
correct
coaching I will be fine should I go the Mono route.

Unfortunately my PC crashed last night and I had to reload all software so I 
have
lost a few email addresses from the group.

Andy please could you reply with your email address so I can contact you 
regarding
coaching as we are in the same area.
