Answer to the wing root pin problem

I talked to Neville and he solved the problem. There never was a problem. The 
wing root rib already has metal buried in the root rib at the pin locations. 
If there is no metal plate needed, then that is just fine -- there is already 
metal into which to tap.

I just got one step closer to completion.
