I assume that you are referring to SB039 - Mandatory coolant bottle
modification.

Two options....

1/ increase the top hole size from 1mm to 4mm by expanding the hole in
the bottle lid. No additional parts required.

2/ Increase the hole size to 6mm, fit a 4mm nipple and vent the bottle
overboard.

I am sure that Graham Singleton will be please to see this mod issued.
