Outrigger mod

For those who are interested in this mod I passed on a couple of tips one
of which was incorrect. 

I suggested that the nylon washers specified could be substituted by
AN960-416L washers as they are easier to locate and do not need trimming. I
should have specified AN960-516L washers.

The reference to the AN970-3 washers drilled out to 1/4" is still correct.

These amendments will be incorporated shortly in the text of the mod
published on the Europa Club website.
