Europa-List: Aileron Length

I've just finished attaching the balance weights to the aileron and was about 
to attach it to the wing when I noticed that the aileron is too long. I just 
figured that I should trim the wing tip end but figured I'd ask just to be 
sure. Since it's too late to do it tonight. I would have the answer by 
morning.
Same thing on the flap?
