I am at the same place as you. My port aileron was 1/4 inch longer than
my starboard. I trimmed the port aileron with a dremel and a sanding block.
With a little filler I will have a flush end on the aileron, which will be
better
for drag. Do you have a port wing where the rib on the top panel does
not line up with the joggles in the ribs? If you do I can explain what I
did
if you would like.
