Europa-List: Back ordered parts

Has anyone else had problems getting parts from the factory besides me? I' ve 
had
the front nose wheel fork backordered for about 6 months and can't seem to
get an answer of when it'll be here. Seems the factory (across the pond) doesn't
have a very good backorder system and can't quite keep track of items not 
shipped.Is
this normal or not? Whats others experience in these matters?
