Cliff,
I guess from what I understand they shop some parts out to "very" small
contractors and are pretty much at their mercy......but 6 months is a little
long. Worse than the wait is not being able to get an answer as to just when
the backordered parts will be in. I suppose it would help to donate a old
computer to the factory with a back order "pop up" to remind.
