Spoke with Andy this morning. Apparently it is pretty normal for the ribs to fit up to 2 inches lower than shown in the manual. Just align the sternpost with the lower fuselage T/E and follow its line up the fin. Cut the stb side off the fin to align with the sernpost. Cut the post port side off level with the foam insert of the fin or (as I plan) leave this until you need to to get the required rudder movement. Mike Gamble |
