Try Aircraft Spruce, look under bungee cords. They are listed in different
lengths. You will need to know the length from the top bar where you wrap the
cord, to the bottom bar.

In my Pitts the bungee cord loop was about half the distance between the two
mounting lugs. It took a special tool to stretch the bungee cord far enough
apart that it could be placed on its mounting lugs.
