Even easier than scraping it away is to either
A) cover the foam with cellulose packing tape and rub wax (or another
suitabole rlease agent) over it then do the layup. You can then pull the
mould away from the inside
Or
B) If you don't mind a rough inside surface and don't wasn't to reuse
the mold again simply take the finished item outside and pour a bit of
gasoline into it. The blue foam will very quickly melt away.
