Paul,
One thing you might check are the wires on the Ducati ignition modules. I
had a problem I couldn't figue out with rough running. Finally I started to
take the ignition modules off, was going to install Cliff's to see if that
would fix it.
When I removed one module I found a broken wire. It was broken right at a
kink - but it was so tight in there that the broken ends were pushed
together buy the other wires. What was happening was a slight, intermittent
loss of signal - still worked but just not quite right. Was a nightmare to
troubleshoot. It was broken right where it exits one of the 4 pin plugs. I
re-routed and soldered the wire and all is smooth again.
