Europa-List: Cutting Wing to Accept Mass Balance Arm

I cannot seem to find instructions in my manual on the procedure for cutting the
openings in the wings to accept the mass balance arms on the ailerons.  I have
an idea as how they should be done but I don't want to guess.  Am I not seeing
something in the manual?  If the procedure is not in the manual does anyone
have the instructions for doing this?
