The question in my mind is whether you're dealing with deformation or
shrinkage (?). Perhaps a call to a techie at Roehm & Hass might be useful.

I'm curious as to whether your plexi is clear or tinted; and whether or not
your ship has spent a lot of time in the hot sun (with or without those
reflective blankets one see's so often.
