Europa-List: Shoulder Harness - A Suggestion

Hi All,

On second thoughts,  if the "Roll Over Bar" was restricted to  pivot from
horizontally back and only to the vertical,  there is no need for the
longer version pivoting from the bottom of the seat back.   The bar. locked
in the vertical position, would hold the  shoulder straps above the
shoulder.
