Europa-List: Aileron bellcrank install direction

The W13 aileron bellcrank has a long end and a short end. The manual
does not explain which end connects to which push tube. Based on the
holes placements in the ribs, I am thinking that the longer end should
connect to the long ~6' push tube, and the shorter end should connect
to the aileron tube. Any comments are appreciated.
